While living in Raleigh, NC Bill Ross and a group of his close friends, comprised of senior level digital marketing all-stars, saw a need for change in the digital marketing and web design agency space. So they started to imagine an interactive agency…

  2. That harnessed the top senior-level talent from big brands and large agencies and gave small and mid-market companies access to them.
  3. That would truly put the client first, and do what was right even if it was not instantly profitable.
  4. That provided a web design team that had cross-industry experience and included senior-level and above professionals.
  5. That could shift strategies on a dime to align with new market trends and value points.
  6. That had an optimized web design and marketing process that saved time and money for clients and outputted custom website designs that both users and Google would love.
  7. That would keep everything in-house, and never have to outsource client work.
  8. Didn’t charge clients for simple website updates – no nickels and dimes allowed.
  9. Gave clients a direct line to the founder of the company to talk about strategies, pricing, or answer any questions they may have.
