Linchpin SEO, a Chicago marketing firm was started in Raleigh, NC by Bill Ross and Dan Therrien, who believe that mid-market companies should have the same opportunities as large national brands. At its core Linchpin SEO is a digital interactive agency and marketing firm with a team of online marketing experts in Chicago and Raleigh.
Bill’s ten-year background in digital marketing, SEO, and building online companies has helped him rise to strategic lead for some of the largest online brands and content websites in the world. Because Bill is a valued SEO evangelist and coach, clients like Nissan, Infiniti, Moen, and TE Connectivity look to him for insights and leadership in the world of SEO and content strategy.
With a degree in Psychology from Siena College, Bill believes the priority to understand the user surpasses most others; the end product must provide value through engaging content assets that drive traffic, search rankings, and ultimately conversions.
Dan is an accomplished and versatile software engineer specializing in end-to-end systems development with extensive experience building front-end and back-end systems including UI development, content management system development, database modeling, usability optimization, performance testing and tuning, and server administration.
Dan graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY with a BS in Information technology and management information systems.
